Oh my God! Sorry Chuck, sorry Harry, sorry Nancy. You must be feeling really frustrated after how hard you tried to get poor little Scooter. After how often you failed to catch the witches. Finally you thought you had a victory although it would have only been a little one. Just little Scooter who didn't really do anything to do with the original charges. But you got him for a while until the big dog came and saved him. No jail for Scooter. You lose again. One of the many losses that keep piling up.

So many promises and so few victories.
